At Lyra Belle, our mission is to deliver a refined, luxury experience from the moment you place your order. If something is not quite right, we are here to assist you.
Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Items Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We provide refunds or free replacements for the following situations:
A. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will issue a full refund or free replacement.
B. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost after receiving photo verification.
C. Lost Orders / Not Delivered
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for a refund:

Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

Incorrect size or color chosen

Delays caused by normal shipping times

3. No Physical Returns Required (In Most Cases)
To streamline your experience, most approved refunds or replacements do not require you to return the product.
If a return is required for inspection (rare), we will provide instructions.
4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we offer a one-time discounted exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping (if required).

5. Return Window
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item for eligibility.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@lyrabellefashion.com

8. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping (if required).
